ok what didn't I use... I used pencil, cover up, blush, fake blood, lipstick, eye liner, mascara,marker, darkened in PS and added highlights..its messy but thats what it is.

I wanted to do a raw looking human heart...but I really wanted a raw look & I don't own charcoal so I used makeup.. that's body blood lipstick fro Halloween...black penal eyeliner, black eye shadow on pencil
